About Us
Floorball Australia Limited (FAL) is the recognised National Sporting Organisation (NSO) for the sport of Floorball in Australia. With a commitment to excellence, innovation and development at the grassroots level, we strive to empower athletes, coaches, and communities to reach their full potential. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our operations, we are seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified organisations and individuals to be selected as the FAL Preferred Supplier for grant application and management services for FAL and affiliated organisations.

Preferred Supplier for Grant Application and Management Services

Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support in the identification, preparation and submission of grant applications on behalf of FAL and affiliated organisations on a fee-for-success basis.
- Manage the end-to-end grant application process, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
- Advise FAL and affiliated organisations of potential grant opportunities, research funding sources, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in grant management.
- Maintain accurate records of grant activities and outcomes, and assist FAL and affiliates with reporting and evaluation requirements.
Selection Criteria
- Proven experience in grant application and management processes, preferably within the sports and/or non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of funding mechanisms and grant writing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Shared commitment to the mission and values of Floorball Australia Limited, with a passion for promoting sports and community development.

- A maximum 500-word nomination statement outlining the organisation’s/individual’s recent and relevant experience; and
- A 2-page business proposal and breakdown of pricing structure for grant application and management services on a fee-for-success basis.
Please include "Preferred Supplier - Grant Services" in the subject line of your email. Expressions of Interest will close Sunday, July 21, 2024. A preferred supplier may be selected purely based on their submission of their Expression of Interest, however, FAL reserve the right to interview and undertake further assessment of applicants if required.
