U19 Men’s Assistant Coach

Expressions of Interest are now open for the National U19 Men's Assistant Coach. This appointment will be for an initial period of two years and will cover the following:

• Training and Selection Camps.
• The 2023 Men’s Under 19 World Floorball Championships events.

The role of the Under 19’s Assistant Coach is to support the National U19 Men’s head Coach and National Men’s Coach in the development of the team in preparation for the upcoming championships. The role will include the following;

• Assisting in the implementation of the National Men’s Head Coach’s training and tournament preparation program
• Preparation, training and installation of playing system
• Support other coaches, to develop/ facilitate training and coaching programs for Men’s players across the country
• Selection of a team in accordance with the Floorball Australia National Selection Policy
• Assisting the Head Coach of the National U19 Men’s Team at tournaments

U19 Men’s Manager

Floorball Australia is calling for expressions of interest for the positions of Manager of the Australian Under 19 Men’s Team.

This appointment will be for an initial period of two years and will cover:

• Training and Selection Camps.
• The 2023 Men’s Under 19 World Floorball Championships events.

Please note the following:

• Applicants for Team Manager Roles, where there are players under 18 years of age, will be required to obtain a Working With Children Check (or state equivalent) and may be required to agree to a police check.
• You understand this is a voluntary role and as such there is no salary for this position. Accommodation, meals and travel costs for the tour will be covered and there may be some allowance for expenses incurred pre/post the tour (on prior agreement with FAL Board). All other costs before, during and after the tour are at your own expense.
• You understand that as Team Manager you are bound by the Policies and Codes of Conduct of Floorball Australia Limited at all times for the period of your appointment.
